The custom sublimated field hockey uniform design 1233 is one flat price that includes all decoration for numbers, letters, team name, logos, sponsors or any other artwork in any number of colors (player names are additional cost of $7.00). There are NO SET-UP CHARGES.

This design can be made as a short or a skirt, same price.

The price shown is for the matching jersey and short. Shorts come with an elastic waist with inside draw string. Standard inseam length is 5" for adult sizes and 4" for youth sizes.

You choose the design colors in any combination. All decoration for numbers, lettering, logos, sponsors, etc. is dyed directly into the fabric and is guaranteed to never fade, crack, peel or otherwise deteriorate.

This uniform is available in multiple fabric options and this design can be made in your choice of short sleeve, sleeveless, racerback cut or cap sleeve. The price shown is for the style pictured in our Dry-Flex moisture-wicking performance fabric. Call for details.

This is a custom made uniform. Allow four to five weeks for production time. Minimum order quantity is 12 uniforms of the same color specifications.
